The Technology R&D Department is the company's core technology innovation organization. It is an excellent team with strong engineering capability, solid technical background, rich knowledge, and the courage to innovate. From the end of the 1980s, we spent 9 years to develop the first offshore mooring chain materials and chains in China, and formulate national offshore mooring chain standards. So far, we have successfully developed the R3, R3S, R4, R4S, R5, R6 series products with the max. size of Φ208mm. The Department is committed to the research and development of new technologies and methods for marine anchor chains, offshore mooring chains and mooring systems; to solve customer needs in terms of mooring system integrated design, product shape/appearance optimization, manufacturing and service status, etc.; Intensive study for products performance, corrosion, wear, fatigue, etc. under the different service environment. In recent years, we have cooperated with internationally renowned major oil companies and classification societies in areas such as chain preservation, seawater corrosion mechanism and residual life analysis of used chains.
